Beach. Everyone has been working so hard lately so why not take a break and enjoy the beach? You can make sand castles, play in the water, and there are even umbrellas for those who'd rather just relax in the shade. There's a nice row of water melons ready to be smashed later in the day and when the sun goes down, that's when the sparklers come out.
Suffering. It's the hottest time of the year and the citadel doesn't have central air conditioning. The few air conditions that were installed have given up on life after being used so much and now, we really have to make do with what we can while the Konnosuke try to fix it. There's a limited number of fans, plenty of ice cream to go around, and the citadel should be built to circulate air, right? ... Right?!
Spooks. In Japan, summer is a time for horror. Gather around the camp fire and hear some spooky ghost stories or maybe head out into the woods just outside the citadel for a good ol' fashioned test of courage. It's all good, harmless fun! Of course, with so many spirits gathered in one place, what's to say a stray or curious outsider spirit won't join the mix...
Rain. Summer is also known for sudden and torrential downpours of rain. The clouds always seem to grown and darken suddenly and the next thing you know, it's raining sheets and the ground is shaking from thunder. Once it starts, it never seems to stop. Maybe you were caught out in the rain or maybe this is day 7 stuck inside.
Other! It's summer and there are tons of things to do. Go to the general store and stock up on ice cream, wake up in the middle of the night uncomfortable with heat, or run around screaming because cicadas are dying and flying at your face.
[He gladly returns the kiss with happy little sounds, as his fingers eagerly trace Mikazuki's now bare skin, slowly exploring his back, his arms, round to his chest. His fingers linger on his chest for a moment before sliding downwards, lower, lower and then his hand brushes against...!
He gasps and pulls away for a moment, suddenly feeling very shy again... Part of him feels like he should cover his eyes, but, but a larger part just wants to take in this magnificent scene before him...]
[He actually grasps Ichigo's wrist gently but firmly, guiding that hand to his own chest again and then down, all the way down, letting out a little gasp when it reaches the very place where he wants it.]
[He looks away slightly. His heart is beating so deafeningly loud again in his ears that he’s pretty sure Mikazuki can hear it too. His captured hand trembles lightly from a mixture of excitement and nervousness. He knows he supposed to be familiar with this but... he really can’t remember and he’s not completely sure what to do! This is all so confusing, he knows he most probably isn’t a virgin but he feels completely like one right now...]
I did...?
[What is he supposed to do...? He only has a vague idea, but he doesn’t want to disappoint Mikazuki! He does try tentatively wrapping his fingers lightly around the place Mikazuki wants him to touch. He takes a deep breath, trying to calm down a little as he finally looks up at him once more.]
[So he has forgotten even this? one would think the body would remember some sensations... how odd. And how strange to have Ichigo's hands on him so shy, when in the past they were so self assured and confident.
He gives a short gasp when Ichigo's fingers wrap around him, and then moves closer, nibbling along Ichio's jaw as his own hands move down and then inside the pants this time, mirrorring the action.]

Everything seems to get a reaction out of him though as it’s been so long since anyone’s touched him like that. His entire body feels so sensitive and he’s soon extremely aroused.]

... no, I haven’t... I was in pretty bad shape when I woke up again. It took a long time for me to recover my full strength and to relearn a lot of things. S-Something like this was the last thing on my mind...

[This is, honestly, the biggest personality change he can see in Ichigo between before and after the fire. Somehow, his confidence in battle, his natural authority, these are still here, but having an Ichigo that is shy and easily embarrassed is a new experience.
He doesn't dislike it or compare it unfavorably to what he himself knew before, but it's simply new information to take into account.]

He feels the change when the movements seem to become more purposeful and he smiles to himself, but he doesn't say anything. he doesn't want to snap Ichigo out of it, but his own sighs and gasps and moans are also coming out more freely.]
[Ichigo likes the feeling of Mikazuki’s fingers in his hair. He leans towards them, closing his eyes for a moment with a content hum as he does his best to reciprocate Mikazuki’s earlier actions.
After the memory is triggered, Ichigo glances up when he hears his name. The look in his eyes is slightly different, not quite as innocent. And that term of endearment that had greatly embarrassed him earlier, no longer does, for it is what Mikazuki has always called him.
