Tonbokiri thinks nothing of Izuminokami's state of undress. It is simply what had to happen, given the situation. He does take a moment to close the stable doors, though, to give a sense of modest privacy.

Only going at the slowest pace and making the most careful movements can Tonbokiri do this chore. Otherwise, somehow, the debris just keeps escaping from the pile and floating back around the floor.
